The Phuentsholing to Thimphu road is the main artery that supplies the capital. It’s soon to be upgraded bypassing a large section of single carriageway carved out of the mountains. The road in the first half of the film is soon to become just a bit quieter, being bypassed by a new road cutting 20% off the highway distance.
